Key Fob Order Form
Key fobs will be required for each adult regularly dropping off or picking up children enrolled at Saint Mark's Preschool. Those receiving fobs must be named on your emergency contact list; however, fobs are not needed for everyone on your emergency contact list.
The cost is $10 per key fob. Should you lose your fob, please let the office know immediately; a replacement fob will be $10. Any fob charges will be added to your tuition account.
